SES Apollo project

Today, SES is operating multiple CRM’s including SAP CRM, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
This results in: fragmented customer views, duplication of effort with employees maintaining multiple systems, and complex interfaces and processes.

The Apollo project has two main goals: First is to create a streamlined Dynamics 365, CRM landscape with modern, performant, and mobile enabled user interfaces to make it easier for sales teams, and service teams to sell and operate services.
The landscape would follow the ’rule of one‘ meaning one tool for one process, thus eliminating the redundancies, and enabling a single source of truth for customer interaction across the business.
The second is to ensure building a flexible, future-proofed solution that will enable SES to be easier to do business with, improve the buying experience for customers, and flexibly adapt to the scale and nature of tomorrow’s needs.

The first Cactus supermarket opened on 19 October 1967 in Bereldange. The name Cactus was taken by Paul Leesch from the title of a 1966 Jacques Dutronc song.
